The Levin Law Group, P.C. was established in May of 1978. The firm quickly expanded and developed a reputation as a high quality boutique focusing on commercial litigation, bankruptcy, banking, personal injury, transactional and tax law services. Mr. Levin headed the litigation department having come from the Houston City Attorney’s Office where he tried many cases over almost 10 years. However, in November of 1987, he made the irrevocable decision to focus exclusively on mediation and arbitration for the balance of his career.

Owing to his background in clinical psychology, Mr. Levin truly enjoys the study of people and delights in assisting attorneys and their clients achieve heartfelt aspirations. He faithfully reads advance submissions provided by the attorneys and therefore begins each mediation day knowing what the attorneys feel is important about their case. He is well known for persisting until the job is done! However, if a case does not settle on the day of mediation, he continues to gratuitously follow post mediation thereby ultimately enhancing the likelihood of success. He NEVER gives up.

One of the earliest certified mediators in Texas. Mr. Levin has, over the years of his ADR practice, developed a unique, effective style. He calmly and insightfully, in cooperation with the attorneys, guides the parties through a review and analysis of the key issues and applicable law which impact upon resolution of the controversy.
